National Walking Month

It’s time to get walking!

Did you know May is National Walking Month? The perfect opportunity to get outside and start moving.

By swapping a short drive for a short walk, you can also help reduce air pollution, congestion and road danger – whilst saving yourself some money and getting active in the process!

Walking is a good activity for the whole family and this year Living Streets, the UK charity for everyday walking, is encouraging us all to #Try20 and walk for 20 minutes each day.
