Celebrating National Walking Month

On the 1st May, Hertfordshire Health Walks held a Mass Health Walk in 17 locations across the county.  They were delighted that more than 260 people joined.   A big thank you was given to the Health Walk Volunteers who arranged extra walks on the day. #WalkThisMay

There are more than 100 walking opportunities listed on the new Health Walk Summer Timetable (May to August) – see attachment below.  There’s a walk for all levels of fitness, including 20 regular, entry-level walks where you’d be walking on flat ground for around 30 minutes.  Seasoned walkers might want to pop along to some of the more intensive 90-minute walks, encompassing Hertfordshire’s rolling hills.
