Local Council Elections 2nd May 2019

Deadline for nominees paperwork with Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is 4pm on Wednesday 3rd April 2019.

Do you care about the place in which you live?

Are you willing to give a bit of your time to make decisions that will benefit your community?

Do you have ideas for improving your environment?

North Mymms Parish Council is led by ten democratically elected councillors from our community – they decide on what services and projects the Council will deliver. As representatives of local government and the closest to our communities, parish councillors are best placed to engage with residents and find out what the real local issues are and how to overcome them.

We are encouraging residents who are passionate about our community to stand for election. Elections take place on Thursday 2nd May 2019, to represent the wards of Welham Green ( 4 councillors), Brookmans Park ( 4 councillors),  and Little Heath (2 councillors).

 Why become a parish councillor?
